online coaching?
I am doing this to help women achieve a ʜᴇᴀʟᴛʜʏ & ꜱᴜꜱᴛᴀɪɴᴀʙʟᴇ lifestyle. I have been personal training for two years and have faced many of the struggles that my girls go through. Some struggles are weight management, binge eating and over doing cardio. My end goal is to guide women towards living a balanced lifestyle by teaching them the importance of nutrition, weight training, and mobility.
The reason i believe online coaching is better than traditional personal training is the fact they can workout on their own time while still getting the benefit of in person training. Benefits of my online coaching are constant communication, nutrition accountability, teaching habits, hitting their goals. The reason people should pick me as their coach is they do not have to think about what to do with me. I give them the program right for them that gives them the right results.
